When handling Specific Personal Information and other information in accordance with the “Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures,” we have established a policy for protecting Individual Numbers and Specific Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the “Specific Personal Information”) and will handle Specific Personal Information as follows.

• We handle Specific Personal Information appropriately within the scope of legally stipulated personal number-related affairs.
• We collect, use, provide, store, and dispose of Specific Personal Information in an appropriate manner, and we will establish and comply with internal regulations or other rules that stipulate matters related thereto.
• We provide education, training, auditing, or the like for employees who handle Specific Personal Information
• We will comply with laws and regulations concerning the handling of Specific Personal Information and the guidelines and other norms established by the government.
• We take safety control measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of Specific Personal Information. In the event of leaks, corrective measures will be promptly implemented depending on the case.
• We will respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and consultations from principals regarding Specific Personal Information. Inquiries from principals can be received at the contact points below.
• We continuously review and improve our system for managing Specific Personal Information.
