Maintaining a state of well-being should not only enhance performance within the work environment but also enrich non-work hours, fostering self-growth and nurturing fulfilling interpersonal relationships.
Given that health is inherently intertwined with life, it is imperative for employees to maintain good health and strive to live ' cheerful, positive, vigorous.And it would be a great joy if employees could make society brighter and more enjoyable through their approach to food.

As well as aiming for the definition of health as advocated by the World Health Organization, we have created additional definitions for being able to act independently and for being able to control both private and professional lives, as elements that can be felt to be part of good health.
If we achieve improvements in physical health, mental health, social health,independent action, and control of both private and professional lives, this will naturally lead to enhanced self-efficacy, which we believe will enable us to achieve the goals of the Health and Productivity Management Declaration.
